As a result of this office consolidation, the first six digits of your loan number will begin with 032-040 effective June 1, 2024. Please be sure to update your loan number on any record or system this may affect, like your commercial bank for automatic payments. If you have any questions, please give us a call at 888.339.3334. If you utilize our AutoDraft or Digital Banking services, no action is needed on your part.

Where do I send my loan payment?

There are multiple ways you can pay your loan. For easy and convenient payment, sign up for AutoDraft to have your loan installment electronically deducted from your bank account each month, quarter, or whenever it’s due. Contact your loan officer to sign up for AutoDraft.

Additional options for payment include paying over the phone by calling 888.339.3334, or using Digital Banking to pay online. To access Digital Banking, visit and click on the green “Digital Banking” button in the upper right corner. You can also mail your loan payment to the address listed on your most recent statement, or to the Winchester, Virginia, office. You can stop by the Winchester office to drop off your payment as well.
