Robert (Bob) Messner, Jr., Appointed Outside Director, serves as the Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information & Security Officer at Harrisburg Area Community College. He holds a master’s degree in information systems and technologies from Wilmington University and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) through ISC2. With extensive experience in cyber security, risk management, organizational improvement, and strategic planning, Bob brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in safeguarding information systems and managing digital risks.
