This move will help us continue to meet your needs and strengthen our ability to support the communities we serve.
Our new office, scheduled to open in 2027, will be designed to provide an improved customer experience and serve as a location where community can gather together. Don’t worry, though — the quality service and friendly staff will remain the same.

Building this new office will provide our staff currently located in our smaller offices with additional support. Whether you stop in to our office or your lender visits you on the farm, this new office allows our team to provide you the service you need when and where you need it.
- Will I still work with the same lender?
Yes, and we have a team ready to serve you should your lender be unavailable or your needs change.

We are ready to meet you at your kitchen table, in the field, or at our office. Our lenders, crop insurance agents, and business services team members are standing by to meet you when and where it’s most convenient for you. - Does this mean you’re no longer serving my area?
While we may not have a physical office location, our team will continue to serve your area with the same high-quality service and attention. Our staff will continue to be present in their local area, reinforcing that Farm Credit is weaved into the very fabric of your community. - Where do I send my loan payment?
There are multiple ways you can pay your loan. For easy and convenient payment, sign up for AutoDraft to have your loan installment electronically deducted from your bank account each month, quarter, or whenever it’s due. Contact Customer Care at 888.339.3334 to sign up for AutoDraft.
Additionally, you can use Digital Banking to pay online. To access Digital Banking, visit horizonfc.com and click on the green “Digital Banking” button in the upper right corner. If you’re new to Digital Banking or need help navigating the platform, contact our Customer Care team for help.
You can also make your payment over the phone or mail your loan payment to the address listed on your most recent statement.- What will the new building look like?

The above photo is a rendering of our new office. This space is a larger, more modern building and centralized location for our Delmarva employees to meet and collaborate. In addition, the office will feature a community gathering space for our industry partners and community members to use for meetings or other events. We intend to hold an open house in 2027 so community members can see the space available.
