Four Steps To Using Digital Banking
Please have your latest billing statement and the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN) or taxpayer ID number handy.
When entering your loan or account number, look at your billing statement. Does the number end in -0XX?
- If yes, enter the six digits before the -0XX.
- If no, enter the last ten digits, beginning with 0.
On the next screen, enter your:
- First name
- Email address to be used for logging in
- Create your Password for logging in
- Last name
