Cut Costs with a Credit of up to $7,500
Construction projects tend to rack up additional costs and fees, outside of obtaining financing and working with a contractor. For applications received in 2024 and closed by February 28, 2025, we’re offering a credit of up to $7,500 that can be applied toward loan fees. This will free up capacity for other associated fees, like engineering, permitting costs, overruns, and more*. In addition, no construction inspection fees will be charged.
